Care Ministry
The Care Ministry exists to provide love and support to those who are struggling with life's challenges. At one time or another, we all need others' help to see our way through a difficult time. Whether your struggle is spiritual, physical, emotional, relational, or financial, we are here for you and want to help in whatever way we can.
In John 13:34-35, Jesus points us to the importance of caring for others:
"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."
The Redeemer Care Ministry seeks to remind people that they matter. Whether through telephone calls, cards of encouragement, connecting people with local counselors, or walking with people in times of joy or sorrow, the Care Ministry seeks to come alongside those in need.
“What does love look like? It has the hands to help others. It has the feet to hasten to the poor and needy. It has eyes to see misery and want. It has the ears to hear the sighs and pains of men. That is what love looks like.” -Augustine of Hippo
